The buyer pays through TUT
Money is not sent directly to the seller. Once protected payments launch, it will be held until the delivery flow is completed.
Payment, dispatch deadlines, extension consent and delivery status should belong to one clear order — without sending money directly to a stranger.
Honest launch status Protected payments and automatic delivery labels are still being connected. Until their official launch, TUT does not ask users to pay through external links or direct card transfers.
The same rules are intended for the website, future native apps and versioned backend APIs.
Money is not sent directly to the seller. Once protected payments launch, it will be held until the delivery flow is completed.
For supported delivery, TUT will pass order data to the carrier and show the parcel number and delivery status inside the deal.
The standard deadline is up to 5 days. A seller may request more time, but the extension becomes active only after the buyer agrees.
Delivery history and important actions remain inside TUT, helping both sides resolve a missed dispatch or a dispute.
After a correctly completed deal, payment is released to the seller. If dispatch does not happen on time, the order follows the protection cancellation rules.
An exact home address, private dispatch point, phone number and payment details must never appear on a public seller profile or listing.
